A convenient location near attractions was nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating, arranged a last-minute upgrade at no charge. Meals, particularly the spare ribs, were satisfying, although the room itself felt a bit dated and could use some refreshing. Nonetheless, the overall value is commendable, and I would consider returning.

The room, air conditioning worked well, good TV, reasonably priced food.
The door had a gap of at least 1/2 and inch at the bottom. The shwer had a leak in the corner by the sink unit.

The location
The hotel was dirty, (not the rooms they were O.K), but food and bar areas were not cleared of plates and dirty glasses the whole time we were there, so some dirty glasses sat on bar tables for 24hours!

The barman did not know what cocktail I wanted (a very simple one). I was given half a lemonade with a dash of spirit and charged just under £5. My husbands pint of beer was overpriced, warm and served in a dirty glass. The barman was unhelpful, clueless and fidgety.
